Applied Behavior Analysis or ABA is a therapy approach which focuses on modifying behavior with the use of reinforcement. ABA is most widely known as an evidence-based treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other Developmental Disorders (DD). ABA has a far greater reach than ASD and DD as it may be applied to events in everyday life. What do parent training, homework, health, sports, fitness, staff training, and etc. all have in common?
