Brilliance Therapy Solutions strongly believes in the power of knowledge. It is the key to empowerment and success. Our highly skilled and caring staff use Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to promote behavior change.

Our founder, Diana Rodriguez, MS., BCBA has a passion for helping families. She has worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities since 2010. Diana received her bachelor’s from Florida International University and proceeded to become a BCaBA. She proceeded with her studies Nova Southeastern University where she received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology with dual specialization in behavior analysis and mental health. Currently, Diana is certified as a BCBA and RMHCI. She also attained a second Master's in Clinical Psychology at National Louis University where she trained and gained experience completing psychological assessments.
